HIIT: HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING. An Intensive Cardio Class that's 60min. This Challenging Workout will have you sweating like a dancer, burning calories and fat by the minute and sculpting and toning your body from head to toe.
This Muscle Burning Class will have you feel muscles you didn't even know exhisted. Using classic Barre Movements with light hand-held weights, we will make your muscles scream. Your muscles will be Long and Lean. 60min.
Just like the name says, Flex and Tone those tiny muscle groups that help support the big muscle groups. You will feel long and lean and strong after this intense lower body/upper body/core class. We use Flexi-Bands, Balls, and Weights. 60min.
Be prepared to SWEAT SWEAT SWEAT! Bring a towel and lots of water. This mix up of weights, flexi-bands, pilates balls, cardio, core, and stretch, all in a heated room, will challenge your body to the point of fatigue. What is sweat you ask? Its your FAT crying! So come to this hot challenging class and see your body transform. 60min.
This is a 50/50 class of Classic Barre and Classical Pilates or Classic Barre with Core challenging excersises using resistabands, balls, weighted balls, gliding disks, and pilates sticks. Less time spent at the barre and more time spent on your Mat. This class sculpts, tones, and gives you a strong core. 60min.
Have you recently given birth? Well this class will help you get your body back and more.... You will discover a whole new body that you probably never imagined having after childbirth. Give us your commitment and we will make sure you WILL fit back into your favorite skinny jeans... Babies ARE welcome to this class, in fact we encourage you to challenge your legs and put your baby into a sling/carrier to work out that much harder. Plus babies will enjoy being so close to mamma. This class is also a great way to connect to other mamma's with babies same age.

The Power Pilates class is an intense core class that will make you sweat and burn calories. Pilates also helps with balance and makes you stand taller and look leaner. All Levels Welcome as instructors give modifications for beginners. all Pilates classes are 60min
This is a cardio class done on our Schwinn Pro Bikes. Shoes a must. We have Clips on your peddles. You will sweat and burn tons of calories in our classical spinning and spinbarre classes. Our Spinning classes are anywhere from 45min-60min and you will do drills, and hills, and sprints and climbs and sometimes we throw in a set of arms on the bike. Our spinbarre classes are 60min and you spend 30min on the bike and 30min doing barre work, which can range from floor work to actual standing at the barre, to challange your lower body and core.
